Our hotel prices are special for our event and are more favorable than normal accommodation prices.
Accommodation costs are 185 € + Tax for Single Room and 195 € + Tax for Double Room.
Please note that the participation fee will be updated to 600 € as of June 15th.

ABOUT THE CANCELLATION
* For cancellations made before 90 days, 100% of the total amount is refundable;
* For cancellations made between 89 – 60 days, 75% of the total amount is refundable;
* For cancellations made between 59 – 30 days, 50% of the total amount is refunded;
* For cancellations made between 29 – 10 days, 25% of the total amount is refunded.
* Cancellations made within the last 10 days are not refunded.
